Ealzy Referral Program Terms

These terms govern participation in Ealzy's creator and partner referral program. They supplement the Ealzy Creator Terms.

1. Eligibility and enrollment

Participants must have an active Ealzy account in good standing, be at least 18, provide accurate tax and payout information, and comply with applicable law. Ealzy may accept, reject, suspend, or remove a participant to protect the program.

2. Eligible referrals

An eligible referral is a new creator who reaches Ealzy through the participant's unique link during the 30-day attribution window, verifies their email, publishes a storefront, and generates a first valid outbound product click. Existing accounts, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, household or controlled-business referrals, automated traffic, misleading incentives, and fraudulent activity are not eligible. Last eligible referral click controls attribution.

3. Rewards

Participants earn the published category-based referral rate, currently proposed at 0.10% to 0.25% of eligible referred creators' cleared gross sales while both the referrer and referred creator accounts remain active. The reward is funded inside Ealzy's margin and does not reduce the referred creator's published rate. No reward is earned until Ealzy receives matching network funds. Returns, reversals, refunds, disputed or unfunded sales are excluded or reversed. The relationship can continue for its lifetime while both accounts remain active and compliant. Rewards stop for future sales when either account becomes inactive, is removed, or the relationship is revoked. Rates apply prospectively and may vary by category.

4. Validation and payment

Rewards remain estimated until the underlying revenue is collected and a 30-day review period closes. Approved balances of at least $25 are payable monthly through an available payout method. Smaller balances roll forward. Ealzy may withhold, reverse, offset, or investigate rewards tied to returns, reversals, policy violations, fraud, duplicate attribution, or erroneous reporting. Participants are responsible for taxes and required tax forms.

5. Promotion rules

Participants must clearly disclose their relationship with Ealzy where required, use truthful statements, and avoid spam, impersonation, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, deceptive claims, paid ads using Ealzy marks without written permission, or incentives that are not expressly approved. Referral links may not be posted where prohibited.

6. Brand use

Ealzy grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use approved referral assets solely for this program. Participants may not alter the logo, suggest sponsorship or employment, register confusing domains or handles, or make commitments for Ealzy.

7. Changes and termination

Participants may leave at any time. Ealzy may change or end the program with notice where practical. Earned, validated rewards remain payable unless they arose from prohibited activity. Continued participation after an effective change means acceptance of the updated terms.

8. General terms

The Creator Terms' provisions on disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes, and governing law apply to this program. If these terms conflict with the Creator Terms on referral matters, these terms control.

9. Contact

Questions and required notices may be sent through Ealzy support. The production legal entity, address, support email, governing law, and dispute forum must be inserted before launch.

This is a product draft for counsel review, not final legal advice. Bracketed business details and jurisdiction language must be completed before publication.
